Tonight at 7:15 I was at a wedding reception. Two good friends from our Sunday School Class exchanged their vows this evening. This is a photo of Hillary, Melissa, and Jason. Hillary and Melisa have been trying to get into the 7:15 photo all month. Amanda and I stayed at the wedding reception for about [...]

At 7:15 we loaded the kids into the car after a friend’s pool birthday party at the YMCA. This is what happens when you take six pictures after saying, “make a funny face”! (Claudia’s face is the same in all six).

7:15 on Laundry Night. Amanda was leading Senior High Bible Study at church. I fed the kids scrambled eggs, cheese, and strawberries. After a drama-filled dinner (complete with Josh faux-puking with a mouthful of food so he wouldn’t have to eat it), Claire and Josh settled into their Lego city. (Amanda purchased the entire Harry Potter Lego set at the church rummage sale for $10). In this scene I think Harry Potter is fighting with Lego Batman. [...]

Tonight at 7:15 I was playing my first-ever game of Butt-Charades during Converge (Youth Group). We met in our small groups from 6:00-6:45. Instead of worshiping as a large group, we had group game night. Butt-Charades is a game where you divide into two teams. You send a representative up. Tony shows you a word, [...]

These are my kids (Claire, Joshua, and Claudia). While Amanda and I worked the Christian View of Sex workshop, they spent Friday night with their Mimi and then most of the day with Poppi and Poppa. After we got done talking about sex all weekend, we picked the kids up and went to Little Rosie’s [...]

At 7:15 Amanda and I were answering questions from “The Question Box” during the first session of Christian View of Sex. The Question Box is a way that the kids can ask any question they want anonymously. They have four opportunities to submit questions during the weekend. We answer any question submitted no matter how [...]
